Today we are looking at a Sawgrass by Fischer Homes out in Hebron, Kentucky. It’s a peaceful country setting out here in Hebron, and it’s my old stomping grounds of Boone County, which I love and feel familiar with. Let’s check out Sawgrass by Fischer Homes
Welcome to Sawgrass by Fischer Homes, where you can choose from their designer and Maple Street collection of homes. Sawgrass is conveniently located off of Kentucky, 237, just minutes from I-275, offering quick access to shopping and dining options at the Crestview Hills Town Center and near the Florence Mall. And maybe one of the best features of the location of Sawgrass is that the Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport is just a few minutes away. This neighborhood features cul-de-sac streets and a peaceful country setting located in Boone County, Kentucky. The community is located in the Boone County School District, which offers Chester Goodridge Elementary or Burlington Elementary, Conor Middle School, and Conor High School. Some of the more popular home types in Sawgrass are the Jensen Floor plan, the Yosemite, the Avery, and you can tour the model home, which is the foster layout. With the Foster, the family room is generous and open to the bright kitchen and breakfast area. Laundry is large and convenient, and right off of the kitchen, there’s a spacious master suite, four bedrooms, plus a loft, or optional fifth bedroom. And generous walk-in closet. the floor plan is both smart and beautiful, and it’s ideal for a large family.
Homes in this neighborhood are both from Fisher’s Designer and Maple Street collection of homes, which means you can find prices anywhere in the $300,000 and $400,000. So if you want a brand new home, you don’t wanna buy a resale, you want to be close to the airport, close to shopping in Crestview Hills in Florence. Hebron Kentucky might be a great location for you.
Eric:
Today we’re here with Jake from Fisher Homes. Tell us a little bit about this community.
Jake:
So this is our Sawgrass community here in Hebron Kentucky. It is one of our most affordable communities for our Maple Street collection. The homes in here for the Maple Street Collection actually include basements unlike some of our other communities. So the base pricing is very reasonable. We’re starting in the low threes. And then we also do offer our designer collection as well, like the home we’re in here in the foster. This is part of our designer collection. The foster is more of a traditional style home, so you don’t have the two-story family room like some of our other floor plans. So it’s about 3000 square feet. And what homeowners love about this one is the large owner suite and the huge loft upstairs.
Eric:
What size ceilings do we have on the first floor?
Jake:
So we are nine-foot ceilings on this one.
Eric:
I’ve toured a lot of these houses even with my wife and we’ve thought, you know what, the two-story living rooms are cool, but you lose all that space on the second floor when you have a bunch of kids. It’s kind of nice to have that. So it’s the foster here that has that design where it’s open? Well, you have that space on the second floor, right?
Jake:
One of these homes offers as well is a traditional dining area. So we see that kind of go away with a lot of our new modern floor plans. This one offers that and it’s another reason why someone may choose this home here.
Eric:
Now you said, designer and Maple Street. Can you talk us through the price points of each one of those?
Jake:
For Maple Street, we are starting in the low threes. Most of the average sales prices here, we’re getting into the $375K range. And then the designer collection, most of the average finished prices are about $525K or so. Base prices are about $450 in this community.
Eric:
And why would someone maybe choose this community over others that Fisher has to offer without around Northern Kentucky or even the Cincinnati area?
Jake:
Yeah, great question. So this is our closest community to the airport. Yeah. So for someone that commutes a lot out of CVG, this is the perfect location for them.
Eric:
How many minutes from here to CVG?
Jake:
10 mins. Very quick.
Really nice home. I like that foster design. As I said, if you don’t wanna lose all that second-floor space with a two-story living room, the foster might be a good option for you. You get that huge loft on the second floor. That’s pretty cool. You know, in talking to Jake a little bit more between this neighborhood, some other ones you might be looking at in Northern Kentucky might be Ballyshannon out in Union. We’ve done a video on that. Maybe Justify in Triple Crown. A lot of people are wanting to be in Union for the Cooper or the Ryle high schools, and those might be selling a little bit more than out here. But here in Hebron, you’re gonna be close to the airport, you’re gonna have very low taxes.
The nice thing about Sawgrass, he mentioned as well, is the Maple Street Homes. The lot width is wider than those in Valley Shannon. So in Valley Shannon, the lots might be about 55 feet wide, whereas here there might be about 65 feet. So you’ve got a little bit more breathing room between you and your neighbors here in Sawgrass.
