Now, even though these listings are on the MLS, I believe you can still pick your lot and pick your floor plan that you want. So the prices might be a little bit different, but this current listing on Vista point drive is stating that it is four bedrooms and five total baths (four full bath, and one half bath) This is at lot 32. The remarks state spectacular park 0.1 of Northern Kentucky’s most anticipated new luxury developments off Amsterdam road and park Hills. It would have three bedrooms with the primary bedroom being on the first floor and the other two bedrooms being on the lower floor. And it would offer two full baths and one half bath. The second listing at 1180 Bella Vista drive has a list price of $1,495,000.
This listing is showing the Santorini ranch plan that has three bedrooms and a spectacular second floor living area. It also offers a rooftop terrace with unbelievable city views. Now, interestingly, this home is showing the school district in Covington independent. So the elementary school would be John G Carlisle elementary homes, middle school and homes, senior high. And as I was reviewing the map of the neighborhood, I noticed that it’s actually split in between park Hills and Covington. So this home on Bella Vista drive is actually in Covington, Kentucky, and not park Hills. So if you do decide to go this route and your kids are still in school, be sure you understand whether you’re in the Covington school district or the Kenton county public and in park Hills.
Can you imagine living in a place like this? Can you imagine looking now your living room and having this view right of downtown? Can you imagine having this view waking up to this?
