It’s kind of day in the life of a realtor in this video. I just got an offer for my seller’s home that we’re going to go write up that contract, and then I’ve got a few listing appointments this afternoon that I’ll be heading to. But the reason I want to do this video is I wanted to say thank you. Thank you for subscribing to this channel.
I just got back from an out-of-town vacation with my family in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We did some hiking and some eating some pancakes and so putt putt, and all that good stuff that Gatlinburg, Tennessee affords. And I noticed our subscribers are shooting up into the four hundred, up to 500. We’re getting really close. And thank you for that. That’s amazing. The Reasons I Started This Youtube Channel
Just a little behind the scenes here. I started this channel because when I looked around on YouTube for Cincinnati real estate content, there just wasn’t much there, and there’s a good reason why. If any of you have you’ve ever been in real estate or no realtors, you’ll understand thatโฆ It takes a lot of time working with your buyers and sellers and making sure you’re doing a good job for them as their agent, along with all the other things you have to do as an agent, that it’s very difficult to bring consistent content that is of any value to anyone online. And that’s why you don’t see too many channels out there. But Thank you for finding our channel.
I am hoping that my content is bringing you guys some value as you’re getting to know Cincinnati, as we’re doing different real estate tips, whether you’re buying or selling. We’ve done a lot of new construction stuff. We’re trying to show you different neighborhoods.
But I’d like to say thank you to all who watched and subscribed to my channel and I get that it’s not like a channel, a gaming channel or a news channel or something that can just keep growing the subscriber base all the time, because honestly, once you buy or sell a home, you’re probably not going to do that for a few years. And so, there’s a cycle with people on when they actually need real estate content, and it’s when they’re looking to buy or sell. Or maybe they’re moving cities, maybe you’re looking at moving to Cincinnati or something like that, or you’re thinking of selling or buying around here, and I totally get that. And so, I understand that the subscriber count for a channel like this is going to be lower than other channels, and it’s going to grow slower and it’s just not going to be huge. And that’s not the goal.
The goal is, I want you guys to get to know and love this city. I want to bring you content that is helpful for you if you’re looking to buy or sell a home. And maybe as it’s expanding, like I did one recently about taking my family to a Reds game. I’m helping you get to know parts of this city that maybe you didn’t know before.
Getting feedback from you guys on what you like, what you don’t like. And I’d like to thank you for that! When I’m talking to some of you on the phone, when you call me up, and you say you found me on YouTube, I’m like, “What was helpful for you? I’m still trying to figure this out.” And a lot of people are just looking at the neighborhoods, driving around the stuff you can’t see from Google Maps or reading blogs, or looking on Zillow.
I’m trying to fill in the gaps, the in-between stuff to help you guys get a feel for this city, and also help you be smart when it comes to buying or selling real estate and making good, sound, wise transactions for you and for your family, getting to know which area might be best for you.
