This one is a special one for me as it was the first house I ever bought! My wife and I bought this home in 2007, while we were Young Life Leaders at Anderson High School. We loved this home because it was central to everything in Anderson Township, being right on Clough. At the same time, it had LOTS of privacy and a huge back yard. We loved having the deck and space for pets and a garden. It’s just a lovely home. And now, it’s fully renovated! We added brand new HVAC and redid the floors, and they look stunning.
