This is the 58th year they’ve done this event and the place is packed. The parking lot is packed. All the residents are here on a Friday afternoon. This event goes on for a couple of weeks and you get to check out all the latest custom home designs, all the latest interior decorating designs. It’s just a fun event for you to check out the top custom home builders here in Cincinnati, Ohio!
What Is Homearama?
Homarama is the registered trade name for the single site new home showcase produced by the home builders association of Greater Cincinnati. The 2021 show will mark the 58th year for the new home showcase. Homarama with the top custom home builders regularly attracts thousands of enthusiastic Cincinnatians. Homearama 2021 will feature five fully decorated and landscaped homes in a variety of architectural styles. Builders include Redknot homes (they have two homes) Sterling homes, Wieland builders, and Zika homes. The homes are priced at 1.3 million and up. This year’s show is being presented by JP flooring design center and two men and a truck. developed by Coldstream area development, LLC, Zika homes incorporated.
Parkside estates boast 48 half acres. Lots that sit amongst a wooded Hamlet. Gifting owners with tranquility and natural beauty within close proximity of the central city. Black And White
White exteriors and black-framed windows, bring eye-grabbing contrast and curb appeal to four of the five-show homes.
